OUR STORY

Founded by Dr. Vickie Wright, CCDC emerged from years of front line ministry, counseling, and community development. What began as a call to walk with returning citizens has grown into an ecosystem of programs that combine practical training, storytelling, and supportive community—because transformation is sustained when people feel seen, supported, and equipped.
